I have hauled hundreds of loads for Uber Freight. I have always liked their simplicity & ease of doing business! Their support staff are incredibly responsive and friendly with a genuine desire to resolve issues promptly. Payments for invoices, detention, TONU, overlay are consistent with their terms of agreement as long as they are able to track the loads effectively and carriers communicate properly about every aspect of their encounters. I have never had major issues or disappointment to date.

Very bad platform. Always having issues booking loads. You show up to pick up a load it's not ready or its gone. Uber Freight cancellation rate is the highest comparing to other brokers. However, if you have an issue that is out of your control (Like blown tire or mechanical problem) they are the first to punish you by dropping your scorecard point you have been working on all these years. Something wrong and surely needs to be fixed !!!

They hassle you throughout a booking. They want you to work for less than nothing in areas where work is scarce. They also have tracking. However, they'll try in every way to deny detention payments even though they are well aware of your location and times. Brokers, shippers and receivers can start picking up and delivering their own loads instead of creating hell when dealing with others. Pay up or do your own step, fetch and carry!!!
