★★☆☆☆ Can't get the app to load and on the few times that it does, can't get the audio to play. Basically a useless app.

★★☆☆☆ All I can say is I know my birthdate but the birthdate verification does not always work so I can't get in the system, I've contacted the alumni office and they say the right birthdate is in the system, but their techo' person is out of the office the day before games, tickets can be found when it does work but not in an intuitive or simple click tab option, if you want extra verification than what is on the web for the app', just do what everyone else does and sent a code to phone? Maybe time for an upgrade to common sense simplicity? Too much other junk in the app when the easy and simple clik and open should go to tickets since only mobile tickets now allowed and can't print at home?

★★☆☆☆ This app was working fine until this week. Won't let me access tix, says session exp, log back in. So i go to account log out, the select yes or no is blank, but I guess where to tap and it does light up yes and log me out, but then I can't log back in as it says invalid email/username and password. Same email and password works on the mobil web. I uninstall and reinstall and it has me still logged in even though I supposedly logged out, but still can't access anything.
