The experience used to be good, but recently, the app started lagging out for both customers and drivers. Especially in these cold days, it makes customers wait outside more than they should if they used other taxi apps.

Unfortunately the service has very limited number of drivers. Very often you cannot find any car at all and need to use services of other service providers. The app and the company are missing a crucial feedback channel. They can be contacted only by a phone call or a Telegram bot. The phone call was impossible for me due to roaming charges. The telegram bot was constantly asking for my phone number in the international format and didn't react further; I didn't understand how to interact with it
