App has been working as intended. For those not seeing features that should be there, or the app looks different from pictures (mine doesn't look different) ensure that the ultrasync hub has the latest firmware then you should see support for things like alexa. It's not just the app that needs to be updated but your ultrasync as well. Have to talk to your security company. Latest version is 3.2 as of Sept 20

Had an issue with the app because the water leak detection control panel wasn't properly connected to my Wi-Fi. Daniel from Nowa tech support fixed everything with me on the phone in a couple of minutes. Friendly support is always appreciated!!

Good app, but I can't seem to make the system notification work for my home
security alarm.

Very good app. I've only had one issue, and that is that I only get notifications by putting the devices' "addresses" (e.g. motog@uNa.n) in the 3 email slots on the email notifications tab. Without that, no notifications and I'm limited to 3 users that can receive notifications. Any suggestions?

Can't get into the app. Requires pin even though I've set it up to not require one. Then tells me I've tried to log in too many times after I've only tried once!!!

Update affected video playback. All old and new camera recordings now say video not available 👍

Don't use this app or alarm system based on this! I had it installed but asap everything will go back to our old offline system that was safe reliable and did work. App keepsbtelling you too many logins. Pins are visible to everyone, not hashed. A real nightmare!
