Update: Apparently, they do care! Or, enough of us complained/threatened to leave, and it made them care. Ha! Either way, I am thankful that they updated their app to allow their customers to use it without being forced to buy a new phone...like most other banks. This was a very good app, but now I can't use it due to the upgrade. After reading some of the reviews and responses it seems that they don't care! Standard reply of upgrading to Android 12...will start looking around for another bank...

Update! Ump qua has recently restored the compatibility with older Android devices. Thank you for listening and being responsive to your customers! The app is overall very good, being user-friendly, simple, and responsive. Old review: Recently forced to update app. Apparently Ump qua decided my phone is obsolete (Galaxy S9). Not a single one of my other apps has done this. Can no longer make mobile deposit, as this feature isn't available on the website (despite a link showing the option).

I have been with ump qua bank for years and have used the mobile app, but now it says it's no longer compatible with my phone. I see lots of other comments for people saying the same thing, and it doesn't sound like ump qua bank cares, if ump qua does not fix their app I will be looking for a new bank.

I got a New Phone at Thanksgiving (November) Reinstalled the Ump qua Mobile App. Have NOT be able to Access my account since December 6 ~ Does that Seem Acceptable?? Not for me. This happened in the Summer as well. Why is this Bank Always having Technical Issues?
