Ok a trap for beginners, this app will only be able to connect if the display head unit is plugged in to the charger. While the LAN cable plus into the charger, the charger is a dumb unit and so no data is transmitted without the head unit attached. Thus needs to be more clearly stated in this app and probably in the setup instructions as well. Note I understand this limitation in giving 4 stars because the app now works consistently as expected

Great baby monitor especially considering the price. The app could be improved but does what it needs to do for remote viewing. Make sure you read set up instructions from start to finish & that you get a docking station for app viewing. Main thing i don't like is the monitor needs to be docked in order to view from another device over the internet but aside from that It's pretty good

This app is pathetic. It simply does not work. It says "connecting", then defaults to unknown camera and gets me nowhere. I brought this camera for the app. I've been duped and will be returning. DO NOT BUY A UNIDEN BABY MONITOR.

Useless. Connected the first time when I installed the app, but never again. Just keeps saying "connecting". Also, the one time it did connect, you couldn't even pan the camera.

Terrible, I have to remove and reconnect the device at least half a dozen times, every tome I want to use the monitor. No point having the app to run via phone if it doesn't work. This app needs a serious update.
