Constant issues with VPN and also Google Play Services. This app is the only app on my phone that tries to get me to disconnect from my vpn by making up connection issues that don't exist. Also, it requires Google Play Services for notifications (again my only app). Am I going to completely change my whole home network to get away from Unify now (I've got a whole home setup with cameras, dream machine etc.) but I hate this app so much I'll spend whatever money needed to get away from this mess.

Alarm/detection management is no longer a working feature. This kills the app usefulness and thus, the entire camera product line. Enpoopification has arrived. Documentation is non-existent, products now focus on expensive AI vs simple motion. You get alerted without: An image of the event, A link to the event, What device triggered the alert, What kind of alert it is. But you can be notified that (something) happened. Oh, and they added webhooks. Look for alternatives, unify is done.
