They charged me the service fee before contacting me, even though I very specificly asked them to do it.

This platform is just a big scam, the landlords are renting houses illegally, I rented a house and couldn't get a real contract, when I tried to cancel I had to pay half of the first month + other fees, even the cancellation is more than a month before the starting date, SO DON'T USE THIS PLATFORM.

Worst service ever! The fee is very high, yet they don't even provide a contract in return. Do NOT BOOK ANYTHING OF THIS PLATFORM

It seems like all the "terms and conditions" are exclusively for tenants and not for landlords, as Uniplaces refused to take any responsibility when my landlady refused to provide a contract for my stay in Barcelona.
