Visibly a very good product line. However, the true worth of their garments quality can only be seen after wearing the garments for some length of time. Also, the placing of orders online is difficult, and the logistics company used for delivery of orders is not entirely trustworthy.

The customer support sucks the brand. I placed a return request on 17th of November and spoke to the customer support 100 times and every time they say we will arrange a pickup in 10 mins after this call. They our team will get back to you in 24-48hrs. Its December 5th and yet no pickup is being arranged. . Very frustrated with this brand repenting ordering from here the 1st time. Will not order again inquiry no 04070501 on Nov 17 still unresponsive

Absolutely pathetic service! I placed an order and after waiting for more than 15 days the package is doing rounds of different Delivery centers. I contacted Uniqlo through Live chat and email (and they don't have a customer service where you can talk to a real person) and was only offered apologies and promise that order will be delivered within next 24 hrs every time I contacted them. I requested them to cancel the order and guess what you can only cancel your order within 3hrs. Pathetic!

Worst Customer experience. It's been 02 months, and I am still waiting for my refund. First they have delivered the wrong product and after returning the product they have not refunded my amount. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE.
