Since I upgraded the app it doest want to load keeps saying I have to turn on mobile data or wi-fi which are already on

The mobile deposit feature literally never works. I use a matte black background, sign my name and write "for mobile deposit only" legibly and then spend the next 15 minutes retaking pictures of the check until the app decides I have submitted them enough times, so it will allow it through, and then it still has to be reviewed before it actually gets deposited. Why even have the app try to authenticate it if it needs to be approved after that is done anyway?
