I don't understand the bad reviews at all. This is my first time going to Universal Orlando and the app has made getting around easier, buying food easier, and finding rides and wait time info a cinch.

App is simpler and much easier to follow then another major theme park in Orlando. It would be great if 1. The map would automatically show the wait times without having to click the tag on the map to check. 2. As a vegetarian, I wish there was a filter to quickly identify which restaurants/quick services have a veg options to save time.

I truly don't understand how this application is so bad. If you scan your ticket in, you still need to print it out and bring it to the park to get in. Why bother adding it to your account at all? Not to mention how bad the UI is. It's impossible to look at the individual sections in their entirety.

Useless. Tried to scan in my tickets into wallet but received dozens of flash up errors... Somehow got 2 tickets scanned OK but won't accept the 3rd ticket. App just not fit for purpose. Amazing for such a big company in this day and age.

I haven't even made it to universal for the first time yet, and my experience is already dampened by how terrible this app is. I've heard that paper maps are no longer available, yet the map in the app is astoundingly bad. The filters for rides and dining are unending frustrating. You can't turn off location services when not needed to save battery life. For starters.
