It's a real festival more than a musical show or a concert. The best thing, one platform allows all music lovers to enjoy in one event that to 5 days program makes it really worth for the tickets offered here. Eagerly waiting 2025 Untold Dubai festival to explore and Meet many people from different countries to unite.

Pro's *It was a Phenomenal event!!! Had a blast. *The App was accurate, even though alot of information was put out last minute. Clever planning needed *Online Check-in is wiser, *Information must be extremely accurate, and take care for last min arrangements as app lags Con's Wrist bands ridiculous clasp, no making loose, cut off at information desk, because it was strangling me. 1 day later, refused to let me in even tho it could still be scanned. Missed a whole show, waiting for a new tag.

They said do online checking, still have to wait for 2 h in que which even you need 1h tk find where it is. veey bad organization, been to tons of festivals this one is the worst.

Haven't received refund of the festival from the festival despite following up multiple times. No response to any of the follow-ups. Didn't expect a festival of this level to be such a scam.

I can't log in using a Kazakhstani phone number. Every time I chose Kazakhstan, your website would change the country code. Same for website / app. Please fix it After the fix, I can now enter the phone number. However, there is still an error "Ups, something went wrong. Try again later" Sent the phone number to the support team.
