No way to add devices through the local network, remote IP address, or EDENS. Also, the feature 'Device Entrustment' is not clear – it should be called 'Device Sharing' instead. Also, it's difficult to control PTZ cameras. I wish you could move them by swiping your finger – and zoom in by pinching.

Just installed UNV video doorbell and doorbell notifications aren't received while the phone screen is locked (hence useless). Same issue on Android 12 and Android 8.1 device. Notifications come as soon as screen is unlocked. Tried all possible settings. No problem with notifications on iPad Air tablet. Please fix. Update: June 2023 - Door bell notifications are now working well with Android 13. Thanks UNV.

Works great, however up until AFTER month ago you could zoom in on video playback recordings, now when you try to zoom in on playback recordings, it kicks you out the app, and indicates the app has a bug. Any info on when a fix is coming for this problem?

Won't load certain cameras, change back to ezview and all works fine. App is broken. Can't delete snapshots, no option, or I'm clearly missing something. Can delete messages from the pro app, but that is not working with notifications.

Total trash. Latest update does not allow the app to send you alarm notifications. After you allow it in the app, it does not save. Defeats the whole purpose. You make great cameras, but your app is garbage. Do better.

App does not allow you to view Intrusion Detections and other VCA alarms. Only standard motion detection despite still receiving the notification.
