Just received a msg indicating UOB Pay service will stop at the end of February. To be honest, this is the best function that I frequently used for this app. It is kind of sad it is discontinued. I wish to know why it is discontinued???

Overall I really love this app. The fact that it is very secure and the services offer are so great. But please fix on the need to turn off the developers' mode when open the apps. I'm fellow developer and need to turn on the developers' mode for my work. It quite hassles for me to turn on and off every time I want to access these apps. Overall, you guys did a great job! 👍🏻

Omg I'm not joking this is actually the worst banking app ever. I'm so surprised why is this even a 'banking app' when it is so user-friendly. It takes so much time just to do 1 transaction & you can't even reset your own particulars in the app even tho the app let you so & eventually says unable to process. Only God can deal with this.

I’m extremely frustrated with this app. I’ve been trying to open an account, but it fails to detect my face no matter what I do. I’m in a well-lit area, have no accessories on, and followed all the instructions. It keeps saying “don’t cover your eyes” even though there’s nothing covering them. Please fix this issue.

Worst banking app ever; super useless & tedious! Unable to do online payment with UOB TMR malaysia. It would take a long time to get the OTP code via sms, so I would use the app, UOB access to get the 6-digit code instead. But the 6 digit code expires and changes fast. Upon keying the 6-digit code, it had expired already, and even if keyed in before the expiry, transaction would be rejected with msg "YOU DO NOT HAVE FULL BANKING ACCESS". Super frustrating af !!! Doesn't even deserve 1 star !
