For booking a climbing session it's a big improvement over the previous gladstone app / website. Could still use some improvement though, at the moment you have to agree to a declaration to say you have done the registration each time you book (should just be the first time or get rid of as you don't have this on the website) also it would be great to be able to book onto the current session rather than wasting staff time getting booked on at reception.

Full of annoying pop-ups, even on the log-in screen. Also, the two separate views on bookings (requiring me to enter my password in two separate places) is confusing, and the introduction of the app has broken the traditional website login.

There's virtually no improvement from the website, except that I remain logged in. The real problem is that you're forcing me to book sessions in advance, and it'd be nice if you'd allow me a way to rapidly get to my favorite activity. I only open the app to book a Climbing Session, why would that take 4 clicks (+2) to get to the booking portal if it could be 1? The Climbing Declaration message is also unnecessary, let me check a box to confirm I've acknowledged it and don't show it every time.

This app is useless. It requires every time to login. The interface is just the same as on a web browser. Therefore, best to use a web browser as there is no benefit installing this.
