This company is a scam. Drivers never show up, office number is always busy. Customer service is the worst.

I ordered a mini truck today at 9:01 am. Drivers were unavailable, and I was told to wait as Trip Management Team in Upayacity Cargo would call me. My request was picked, but I was called after almost an hour. I had already found another vehicle and headed to my destination. Either I should have been contacted earlier/immediately and been updated about my options.or I should have bern able to cancel the trip. When the drivers are not available.the communication to client needs to be a bit more fast.
