I used UR for years to monitor downtimes for my projects. In May 2024, I stopped receiving Telegram notifications about downtimes. I learned that Telegram notifications were now a paid feature. I contacted support to ask why I wasn't informed about the change. They said they emailed in 2023, but it was false. I asked for free Telegram notifications or a discount, but they only offered a 30% discount on an annual plan, which was too expensive. Disappointed, I switched to a different service.

It was working fine but recently its giving false alerts. I checked the website at the same time, and it was working fine and the app was showing it down.
