Update. The app displays the wrong times. It does not correspond to the actual time of the tram, not the app on another phone at the same time, and not the timetable in the stops. I've missed so many trams. I've missed trams two new year eves in a row with kids waiting in the cold. No fun.....

The app works fine, my problem is with Västtrafik and their total incompetence. They can't buy a Funchal vehicle that don't break down regularly. They can't run enough vehicles with good spacing to not have them over filled 24/7. They can't re rout their buss traffic when one of their vehicles breaks down, so everything on that line stops working. Instead of having reasonable ticket prices and a resnable customer experience so people actually want to pay for their ride, they just hire controllers.

This application is a piece of garbage. If you're a tourist, buy a card. This garbage will fail at the most inopportune moment because getting the ticket, showing the ticket requires an internet connection.

Worst traffic app. Lack of very basic user interfaces. Booked ticket activates as soon as it is purchased. A small button to select when to activate the ticket would be great help. Secondly, borrowed tickets can not be returned after use. Another button in the borrowed ticket pages would help....
