This is not v-tac app from the lighting company, I suspect that it's fake used to get passwords as it does not work also the user interface is poorly written especially for touch screens how are you meant to hold down a touch screen reliably to get controls....

Installed this app after following the QR code in the help manual for my new smart downlights. App is useless and doesn't detect the downlights despite both being ready for pairing. Edit: if buying in UK and following the help manual this app doesn't work. Download "Mesh Lamp" app by same author. Automatically and immediately detected downlights once opened
