Works pretty well. If you're using any Bluetooth devices like keyboards or a mouse that go to sleep on you, it does cause a disconnect from your session. It does reconnect easily though. Audio issue: for some reason it won't stream through my hearing aids like my music and system sounds do. Most apps with audio stream without issue. So far this app and my voicemail app are the only ones that just don't work that way. Not a problem using the speakerphone audio though.

I do NOT like the version from va.gov after using this app version for so long. The va.gov version on my phone does not have all the buttons for mic, chat, raise hand, leave, etc. Also, the va.gov version on phones does not let me see my video to be sure I'm in frame. Nor could I see the pages the host was showing on the screen. I had to leave va.gov version and come to the app version that has all the features. Thx.

Another post COVID nightmare. After repeatedly being told that I can not get the benefits I need unless I have an "app" I have tried and tried to get it following the instructions told me. The message I get is "Webpage not available" net:ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME. I am basically told I am too stupid to use computers. My USAF job was computers, I studied computers at college, I initiated computers in my jobs. Apps are not computers. When will people start dealing with people again?

I don't see an easy way to do the VA video connect I need my mental health appointment via telehealth and can't get it because I can't access it through this app.

The links I receive never opens the app, and it isn't file association related because I checked that first. Please work on a better way to join in the app from any location without the text. Maybe an interface that allows us to log in. The organization knows what classes we log in for. Yet to access on a tablet I have to email/text myself the link. The end user experience here is poor. Maybe a class unique code like Zoom that we can use to copy and paste to enter the class directly in the app.
