Worst app 😭 no cancellation option after order like Twiggy & no call option, simply waste of time. If I have to call customer care for cancellation, then it should be on the same screen, also there's no disclaimer for 1 minute cancellation, if food delivery takes an hour, why can't make it available for at least 5 mins? Always delayed delivery takes more than 1 hour and charging extra also for food and delivery which is unacceptable

Service and idea is good. But Price is costly with 20rs to 30rs on each dish. And also they claiming delivery charge addon that. Really have to look into this. Either delivery charge or additional price anyone should be there. If people's started finding these then sure you guys loose the market. Because it's not the city where you are operating. It's just developing areas....
