I do not recommend this app for the exclusive use of the Verizon cloud. If you want to use Verizon cloud services it is imperative to understand that this is a companion app with limited access and functionality of the entire Verizon cloud services. It's a companion app. Not for the sole operation of Verizon cloud services. As a companion app it's a little too limited still, but no resemblance to the website is basic, and it has to the ability to maintain function after main account setup only.

I don't like not being able to turn off the unrestricted battery usage. There are 2 other options, but they are grayed out. One is for restricted the other for optimization. Why are these 2 other options grayed out?

Good. It would be nice to have an option like Google what if something happened to your initial backups since you only see what it backs up and if you don't have anything by accident, and it backs up and may look to you that there's nothing there. I called them, and they told me that there is a backup if something like that had happened

Verizon has shorted/cheated me out on all of what has been promised to me from, services-internet, phone, and expenditure! They will not rectify any wrong doing as far as my experience thus far. HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST!

Absolutely useless. Use the apps provided by phone manufacturers. Wasted countless time and cannot access cloud stored contacts. Cannot move messages. Continues to fail. Our multimedia company has been with Verizon over 20 years, but we are finally quitting. Absolutely terrible customer support and service that does not work. Support told me I had to activate new phone to retrieve cloud contacts which was not true. It just does not work.
