Great app I have multiple modems I've been an argument with their company, but I've also worked for Verizon My brain works above, and I'll go levels I would recommend it their internet but make sure you install your own security because they're home internet does not have built-in security, so you have to have security programs and follow me to recommend more apps lol they told me to feel in words, so I'm just feeling in words, and I've had to speak to Verizon many times lol

Have called VZN customer service more than 20x, get a different explanation of why this app no longer works. Yesterday was told that it doesn't work with 5g home internet. It clearly states on VZN website that if works for 5g, fios, etc. Been with VZN for more than 25yrs, customer service personnel are not very well-educated on apps, or devices on my experience of 11 dropped calls, wrong info, no call back.

Literally won't let me sign in, says "looks like something went wrong please try again later". Same message for months. App is trash

Received an email to download this app for easier Home Internet management. Downloads, installs, then gives a "Something went wrong message" upon install completion. I know the My Verizon App is already slow and a bit of a pain at times itself, but at least My Verizon opens and somewhat works
