New: Thanks issue resolved now. Old: I'm extremely disappointed with Verto's onboarding process. They repeatedly ask for the same documents I've already submitted through their system and via email. I even printed, signed, and submitted the UBO declaration form. Despite receiving emails stating my KYC is complete, my account remains under verification. This constant back and forth is frustrating and unprofessional. Please resolve this issue promptly.

You call this is for online payment, and you are asking for CAC verification compulsory, so you think everyone online that needs USD card for online payment should have CAC first.

The onboarding is one of the most tedious onboarding I have seen in my entire life, is over 2 months now after submitting all documents, I still cannot get access to the platform. Is extremely slow and discouraging. I hope funds won't be trapped there too.....
