Since last update, no longer works outside Portugal. When I open it, it tries to load then it says there is no internet connection. My internet connection is fine, it is the App that does not work. However, when I was in Portugal 2 months ago, it worked.

The app does not work 99/100 times and half the website does not even work, so how am I meant to use this? And even pay??? I'm a technical person, don't tell me to 'check if you have Wi-Fi bla bla bla'. Fix your product!!! Ps. Don't tell me to contact support either. I've contacted support so many times now, and you simply do not reply.

I give 1 star because it's impossible to gize 0 stars! It's unbelievable the amount of months since the so-called "new version" crashed this app! For "ages" that the app no longer works under a foreign network (Wi-Fi; mobile data). This is bizarre and let's go back to any pre-historic version of it! And you pay outsourcing for this basic stuff? This is the pinnacle of Project Management of the modern days, aka "Piça Management/Managers"! It's case to say, it seems that you miss the class...

It does not work, just says "Algo correu mal. Por favor, tente novamente" repeatedly. Via Verde are unable to collect payment from me, but I cannot log in to the website and the App doesn't work. How the hell am I supposed to change payment method?
