This app is great. I love that they give you a virtual credit card that you can use almost anywhere. I got approved for 300.00 to use, and I hope I can increase that limit because when I go to upgrade it doesn't give me another option to upgrade, but maybe after I'm with them for a while I can upgrade. Also, the installment plan is great if you need a lot of time to pay it back up to 24 months. More apps should follow suit. Great app😎

As a pensioner, it's difficult to get by sometimes and Via bill is good as long as one does not abuse it, as it is definitely predatory lending, but if you make sure to pay the total at billing time (always around 3 weeks into the month at the least convenient time unless you pay an added fee for a preferred billing date) it's good in a pinch. I use it for small things that aren't in my current budget with the understanding that I'm paying a higher price for convenience.

Wished to set up an account. The app said my phone number was already in use, which already seems really odd. I tried a newly bought SIM card and that made it through, and the email verification went flawlessly, but then the MITIC check also failed! My MITIC works just fine on four other websites, just checked. I tried the in-app help chat, and after navigating the really, REALLY unfriendly chatbot that's doing its best to NOT pass my issue on to anyone useful, it just emailed them...

***UPDATE! BE CAREFUL THIS COMPANY LIES! I have the email from via bill proving my review, yet they claim to not know what I am referencing!*** Absolutely Awful! The process to verify your identity is so crazy. Pictures and video. And then after finally getting the pic uploaded, the app crashed, and I had to start all over. Tried again today and now the app will not even load properly. I am already over this app.
