★★★★★ I received two of these beautiful, well-made, easy to set up bird cams for Christmas, and initially we installed an app that failed. I was going to return the feeders, but customer service responded and provided a positive experience. They walked me through the steps to set up my cam with Vicohome app, and so far it works great! For bird lovers, this is so much fun! I will connect my second bird cam in April for when my hummingbirds return! Excellent customer service.

Totally unreliable!!! Junk!!!! My other cameras I have other companies apps on my phone for do still work, unlike this trashy useless garbage app !!! We need INSTAND & RELIABLE VIDEO FEED ACCESS AT ALL TIMES FOR SECURITY and other reasons, of course!! This app is a total waste of trust
