Vida Health is just an automated program with a coach forced upon you. They want the whole thing to be automated, with standard videos and cards they can shove down everyone's throat. If your company is spending money on a contract with Vida Health, that money could probably be used more directly by you and be more helpful. Google Fit does a better job if you're looking for an automatic coaching program, and it's absolutely free! (It doesn't just SAY it's free because your company pays for it)

Have to start using this or else my insurance won't cover my medication anymore, but the earliest appointment with a coach is more than a month out. Then I have to hope that coach agrees with my PCP and then assigns me to a Vida Doctor who may or may not approve the medication my PCP already did.

This program is a blatant barrier to access for medical care that is supposed to be already covered by my insurance. Prepare to enter medical info identically in 3+ different forms. In preparation for meetings with various people who cannot see what's on the forms. Watch the same film over and over and over again as a required activity. Log your food yet again in this app because it doesn't link to the food tracker you're using. WEIGH YOURSELF DAILY!?
