It works very well, giving accurate readings, history, graphs etc. I purchased mine based on recommendations from my brother who had been using one for several years before that. I have a cardiac condition requiring monitoring. I had surgery to correct a nasal issue that had been affecting O2. Vi Health charts alerted my Dr to the problem and my oxygen levels have improved to be in the 90 percentile range-now no need for a Cpap. Thank You

★★☆☆☆ Most recent update now forces customers to create a login and store data in the cloud. You tried this once before and there was a workaround to avoid creating an account and sharing health data with the company, unfortunately, not it seems mandatory. No, thanks, time to find another solution.

★★☆☆☆ All of a sudden my device disappeared from the settings screen. I tried to pair it again, but the app does not find it, and I made sure to check and allow all permissions. If I use a BLE scanner app, it can see the pulse oximeter, so the oximeter is transmitting. The icon also moves when the oximeter is being used. The issue is with the Vi Health app. Developers please hurry and fix this!
