Village Voice should be ashamed for how poor this app is try going to music and picking "Jazz" as the genre on a specific day. you'll get a couple of listings. in New York?! laughable! now if you go to "Concerts", you will get all the jazz listings along with all other music but won't be able to filter them out by genre on a given day or even sort them. how difficult would it be to add an option to use several filters (i.e. in Concerts: date, time, location & genre) at a time? who needs your fancy graphics redesign when you can't offer a viable listings search?
