★★★★★ I have been using the Vino tag app with my La Sommeliere ECellar185 for about two years. Recently, I noticed an incorrect total number of bottles and contacted customer service. They responded quickly and in a day corrected the entry (some sort of synchronization issue). The speed of the fix was impressive, as was their written English, given that the app is obviously French. Minor niggles aside (e.g. currency only in Eur), I like the app and recommend it. The Vi vino link is especially good.

★★☆☆☆ Poor app, doesn't have enough room for all bottles. Cellar fridge good

★★☆☆☆ The Wi-Fi pairing process is terrible and won't work if you do not lower your security to the bare minimum. I tried so many setup in order to figure out what was not working during the pairing. Using three different access points (Links, TP-Link and my Free box operator Wi-Fi AP) I eventually got it working after I reduced the SSID name, shortened the password with no number or special chars in it, used the old 2.4ghz frequency and lowered the security protocols.... what a pity

★★☆☆☆ The app can't get the shelves right for my 'supported' wine fridge. It can't make a suggestion when best to consume my wine. And the link to the Vi vino website provides no info at all and only wants to sell me other wine. My spreadsheet will serve me better than this useless app.

★★☆☆☆ App is totally illogical. I'm not able to adjust the number of levels on a shelf. Bottles that are entered, seem to disappear. Extremely frustrating.
