Awesome app, lots of features. Haven't had any big complaints when using it. Although, video is a little lower bitrate on the app than the source, but it's still pretty fast on 5G Wi-Fi setting. Also, the change camera view button has some input lag sometimes. A great plus is that the settings has an option to disable the VIOFO logo in the corner of the video which is great C: Using a Samsung 23 with it, pretty fast phone.

I don't understand the complaints. I expected a terrible experience with this app based on the poor reviews. My experience has been fantastic! App works great, and settings stick when updated via the app. I've downloaded multiple test videos directly to my phone without one issue. I use the A229 Pro Dual 4K and while the video download speed could be a tad faster, that's not an app issue.

Keeps crashing, or not opening the camera even when the dash cam is saying that the Wi-Fi is connected. Very unreliable.

Awful app! I have to reconnect every time. And I also have to connect to the app if I want to view any videos. When I can connect the videos never load properly. I can't even watch a 3-min clip more than 5 seconds, but it takes 2–3 mins to load the next 5 seconds!!!! I shouldn't have to connect to the app to view any videos. The dashcam itself is good, but they need to fix this app.

App works great when it connects. The problem is that it's a nightmare to connect. The device will say Wi-Fi connected, the phone says it's connected, but the app will never connect to the camera
