★★☆☆☆ A self-improvement app shouldn't cost money, it's not going to change you, only the individual can do that. Make this app free, and maybe it could gain more usage from performance people and more than 1k downloads. Just a lonely ol Psych Dr's opinion. self-help starts with the individual, no handholding required, especially at $10.00 a month.
