★★★★★ I re-downloaded the app and went through the sign-up process again, and it feels much more comfortable! While the "do not want to say" option does feel a bit awkwardly worded, (I would like to say, and would if I had an option that represented me), this does mean that people are no longer required to cisgender themselves to sign up! 🎉 The wording of the four classes is inclusive as well. Not only did you say this app was for everybody, you put work into meaning that, and I really appreciate it.

★★★★★ I like it so far, day 3. The food diary is appealing, though, it doesn't have many homemade foods that I eat regularly. Today I made soup with fresh tomatoes from my garden, the only options for "tomato soup" are canned, dry mix, concentrate... all processed. But I do like this app & I am considering premium. I need a bit more time with it & the other apps I'm trying out.

★★★★★ It's new, so it still needs improvement, but this app is great for mental health maintenance for anyone who need help with breathing, stress assessment, and meditation. Work out section needs more work, but might be helpful for a beginner. Interested to see what the nutrition will look like. Also wish the trial period was longer than 7 days, simply not enough time to thoroughly test the app. However, I give it 4 stars as I see potential!
