Very good app for small business. The card reader with NFC technology works perfectly anytime, I came to viva after experiencing many issues with other app that used external card reader, it was always disruption in connection. Now with viva you Don't need any extra device and the results are wonderful. I would like to draw the attention of developer to solve the issue with the app notifications- For confirmation of different actions, the app will not give you this option

I am extremely disappointed with Viva Payments. As a business, we have been trying to get our account verified for over six months, and the process has been nothing short of a nightmare. The customer service is appalling; they are unresponsive and provide no clear guidance or support. We have wasted countless hours attempting to resolve this issue, and it has severely impacted our operations.

I spent 30 minutes trying to make an account. You have to log in after every step. In the verification process they were asking only microphone access, so my camera couldn't turn on to take a picture of my ID. It's not possible to delete your account, they can only deactivate it
