I tried so many places, but it always says "Add more light" Like I even put a lamp in front of me and still didn't work

Absolute garbage. I took a picture with great studio lighting and it stills says it's not bright enough. I'm guessing it's because of my darker skin tone. Not a good look for your company if it only works on lighter toned people. Would rate zero stars if I could.

I went to take a picture to get started on making my avatar, but the camera didn't work. I checked to make sure I had permissions turned on and I did. I can't continue to make an avatar without being able to take a picture, so the app is useless to me.
