App freezes, JUST NOW got remote deposit but if you don't write the EXACT wording on the check it rejects the whole thing. Tried to make a payment on a loan and it froze. It's really bad but have no choice but to use it until my loan is paid off. Kinda sad that it's about 10 years behind in capabilities of other banks and banking apps. **UPDATE** Now, if there is a mistake in the writing of the check dollar amount, it won't recognize it. I've never had this many problems with remote deposit EVER

Either the app is horrible, or the Bank is making a living off of making on time payments impossible. In turn the Bank gathers fees while you struggle with the app. If it paid, you could make a career out of the time it takes to do simple tasks with Vocality and their app.
