Cant add money or do anything on wallet. Always show EXPAND. And when u want to expand always show ID number already connected to a Wallet. Then I'm stuck coz either have to change my ID number. How stupid is that.... Does not allow me to do anything further process always stops there

The app is the worst the Viacom app was sufficient and never struggled to top with airtime or data. This one requires data to fill up data which doesn't make sense. When I try to buy using my bank it always says the problem on their side or takes forever to authenticate the purchases. I even had to insert a different network sim card because their apps work properly, but their data is expensive. I love Viacom it has been working out for me for many years...this is frustrating

I don't see on this app where my balances on my numbers are, I used to be able to log into Viacom app on my phone and instantly see what the balances are and when upgrades are due, I don't see why I have yo have VodaPay app when it's all about some wallet junk.
