Update, I gave one star because it's been over a month, and I've yet to receive my order nor hear from Voi after contacting them through email and their website. I created one couple avatar that turned out fine using 15 photos of us together however I paid for a second couple one where I could upload 15 photos of us individually to create a different couple avatar, and it has yet to generate anything.

Nobody from support has answered my email asking for help with the purchases I made that I didn't get any pictures for. It works nice but not generating my paid avatars right now for some reason. I have paid $3.99 4 times and have not gotten my avatars back and can't figure out how to get a refund. Please help me get refunded for 2 of these sets of portrait drawings. I have paid 2 subscriptions for 1 app and still have to pay for each set of photos. It is too much. Please help!

I love the App, but it isn't set up to migrate your purchased data to a knew phone should you upgrade to a knew one. I'm stuck-up schist Creek I cannot access my avatars or credits it acts like I'm brand new. What adds burn to the situation is I've emailed them about it, but I have not been getting anything back from them at all. It's been weeks I'm starting to think there's just nobody. I want the avatars And credits I paid for. Still no resolve! These people are thieves. Where are my avatars?!
