I used to love it but now I hate this app with passion. I got refunds in the past, u got orders too but I introduced a friend and now the search doesn't even work well. Items purchased asked for payment verification and boom they claim a refund was issued but we are still waiting. Another order paid for and they are yet to ship after 2 weeks. No certainty anything is being packaged for shipping. Is Vova now a scam? Please refund my friend. UPDATE: Vova has gone off the radar. Now a scam

Use to love this app! Now I hate it! Can't even check on my order status says I have no internet service ! Also now they only show you what they want to show you in instead of letting ya search through all items ! Stupid move! I'm deleting as soon as I am able to cancel my last order
