★★☆☆☆ Horrible support dept, refused to help me. Did not respond to my emails. Allowed unauthorized user to make changes leaving me unprotected. Don't waste your money. The DEV response to my review once again displays their lack of professionalism and willingness to troubleshoot or even answer questions. DEV chose the word -Potential- It's not a conclusive word. Too bad you didn't take time to help even after I filed an email with the global dept link AND I answered the customer satisfaction email.

★★☆☆☆ Stop making the app worse with updates. Please implement the option (again) to choose a server instead of just a country to connect to. As of now I have to create a profile for each server which is annoying.

★★☆☆☆ App works for a few seconds then just fights you throughout the day to stay disconnected, it does not want to work and it gets annoying af, proton ag knows about this issue which is why they made it where you can't report your issue a takes you to a quick fix list instead, app is not worth downloading if you want a free vpn.
