★★★★★ The app worked very well, a few issues when the trains were cancelled & needed to find another route, it was not that responsive.

★★★★★ The app worked well in general. With the flexible ticket option, it frosts showed me some 2D-code after checking in. After re-opening the app I couldn't find it anymore, though. I didn't need it for my trip, but still it was slightly confusing behavior.

★★☆☆☆ I installed the app to purchase the Deutschland rail ticket. However, it failed to process payment. I was then unable to delete my account or profile. Totally useless app. I have emailed VRR to ask them to delete my account and await their response.

★★☆☆☆ I tried to purchase Deutschland Ticket and my payment failed due to some reasons, although I received a ticket which was then locked. I received an email stating that I have to contact Log Pay. I called them, and they told me to ask VRR to cancel your locked ticket. I called VRR customer service and since I don't know German language I asked him politely to talk in English & he disconnected the call. That was so rude. The app supports English language, but there is no Customer Service in English.

★★☆☆☆ It seemed a good app until I had to add a payment method. It just fails, you can't add payment a method. The page just reloads over and over. Couldn't buy tickets. It's pretty unusable.
