Very straightforward, easy to use which is exactly what I want from an airline. I've not had a problem yet, and on purely aesthetic note, I love that the loading circle graphic isn't a loading circle but instead an airplane window with the shutter opening and closing. That's super cute Fueling!

The app is getting better all the time and I would give it 5 stars if it didn't re-initiate every time I shift the screen to another app. It's especially annoying when I have to type in my document numbers, that I have stored elsewhere on the phone. PS. why doesn't it take the document numbers from the saved info in my profile?

It's a great app in general. I would like to be able to see my past bookings and vouchers. And also make a booking using a voucher as a form of payment using the app instead of having to use the website.

Fundamentally app doesn't let me log on. So Zero. I have an account. At 2 different days, cant remember but type error, - try again, or come back later-. Otherwise, booked 9a seat get 39a, €350, thank you for wasting my time. There is a Positive. Bcn autochecking, slick, big bag, no problem so 5... Lufthansa, frankfurt, Autochecking, all shine expensive equipment, can't take a 23 kg bag on auto, manual is 4 guys from baggage 2024, Lufthansa checking 1, so check bag was excellent for fueling

The app need more improvement in terms of using your credit balance if you want to change your flight, I try to change my flight, but I can't access my credit balance to pay for the amount l have to pay for the new flight. Instead, the app will ask me to use my credit card to pay the balance I have to pay for the new flight which I don't like because I already have a credit balance in the app.
