I'm giving 5 stars to the guy (think he was manager) he was super friendly and came back from his break to wait on me because the girl (Leslie) never acknowledged me and the other guy couldn't stop complaining to do anything. I wish I could have got the managers name. LESLIE was so rude telling the manager she was closing the store til she got the dishes done and didn't care who liked it. If I was in charge she would be unemployed even if I had to work her shifts myself. Ppl have no pride.

Not a full menu... can't order a kids breakfast, can't customize a chicken melt to not have onions...local stores don't answer the phone any more just an automated message to use the app. Terrible. Make some updates waffle house.

No option for omelets, no option gor a side order of eggs. The fact that you can no longer call in orders and are forced to order ahead on this underdeveloped app is incredibly frustrating. Fix the app or let me call my orders in.

App doesn't have a customization option which is super important when it comes to ordering food! Food still wrong and missing items from my order. If you don't have the time to order in person for take out, don't bother!
