★★☆☆☆ Simple and easy to use, but requires a minimum of 10 dollars to be loaded to your account. I only had 1 load of laundry during my vacation week, spent 3.50 on it, and now I can't have my 6.50 balance back because it's non-refundable. Should I play in the mud just to have enough dirty clothes and spend the 10 dollars? Why am I obligated to spend my money on something I don't need? Why can't have my money back?

★★☆☆☆ The app kept saying that my password was incorrect, even though I used the same one to open my account in a browser. I tried resetting my password, but that did not work. Checked the email, it was also the same, so I don't know how to open the app. I can't do my laundry.
