Just download the Randy files Then record your own and place them in that folder overwriting them. Much easier than this thing that doesn't work on Note 3. Also Google "download Waze voices". There's a guy who saved all the past cool ones and he provides them free. Morgan Freeman, C3PO, Elvis, Jay Leno and more!

Does not work Note 3, I recorded all off the custom sounds it would let me and when I went to see how they sounded, nothing. I knew the sound is working because there locked sounds (the ones I couldn't change) still works
