This is by far the most mature podcast app for Wear OS in the Play Store. It is not perfect, but has been great for me on the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic. I see some folks having issues with downloading files, but the watch behavior with Wi-Fi is limited by Wear OS (to conserve battery) not by the app. I find that if I enable Wi-Fi and disable Bluetooth on the watch, downloads work like a charm. The developer is active and quickly replies to inquiries.

The podcast I wanted to listen to was not available on Spotify so that's when I discovered this app and gave it a try and I LOVE it! It works without any issues on my Samsung Galaxy watch 4, and I love how I can listen to podcasts while running without having to carry my phone with me. One feature request: it would be great to have an option to bookmark timestamps of podcast episodes.

App looks great, however the specific interest I had in it and subscribed for I cannot get to work. Specifically, I wish to listen to custom local files using a player that remembers where you left off. Problem is, the tutorial claims I need to put the files into /sdcard/Android/data/com.krisdb.wearcasts/files/WearCasts/Local/, a folder that I am unable to create manually (no permissions on Galaxy Watch 4) and send file from phone app isn't able to actually send any decent sized file.

Extremely buggy. After paying for premium and enabling auto download now the podcast won't play. I repeatedly need to restart my watch because playback just stops. Awful, awful app.

Can't see more than 50 episodes of a podcast after adding it. I even tried to adjust the settings to override global episodes allowed and nothing. You can see all the episodes, but as soon as you add them to your list they disappear and only the latest 50 are there I even wasted money on premium. Not with it at all and it's such a terrible app for it to be the only one available for the watch
