The service itself is invaluable, especially in the current climate. Have used it for a few issues. Be aware that whilst you don't pay for the appointment, you do pay private prices for some prescriptions which can be around £30! The functionality of the app itself could be better.

With how many details I have to give, you may as well go to your own doctor. I went through the whole process, typed out everything that was going on for it right at the end tell me that I needed all these details, ID etc. Which I find a bit stupid. I have already shown I work for the company, I went to this thinking it would be quicker 😅 I was wrong. Not worth the hassel.

Had trouble registering. When I did finally manage, it wouldn't accept my password. That's probably because when I registered, it insists I had to include a character, instead of just letting me use the one I always do, so I probably forgot it. I pressed 'Forgot password', but it wouldn't accept the one they sent me either. Now I'm locked out. Good job it's not urgent.

Rubbish doesn't let you log in. I have requested a password reset for the last 2 days and still have nothing.

I'm sure this app is great for minor ailments, but for serious mental health support, they're just not interested. We Care is presented by my company as Mental Health/Self harm prevention, but when you mention certain words on your application, you are rejected because they don't deal with things that serious. So if someone is having a serious mental health breakdown and their life is at risk, we care don't care. They'll happily take your company money, but won't help those they are supposed to.
