★★☆☆☆ This is too bad business idea. You can't even allow foreign students who should be a huge potential market to use your services. I am disappointed with your business idea.

★★☆☆☆ It's literally a scam. They let you activate a scooter but won't let you turn it off, so your money keeps draining.

★★☆☆☆ This is the most ridiculous racism product I have ever met. The f£%£ application does not accept foreigners to make an account and submit. What the hell the tourists are doing here .....

★★☆☆☆ Terrible service, app stuck at ending a ride! Still counting as of writing this review! I WILL SUE THIS COMPANY! Their service phone line is on but no one answers after multiple calls and staying on hold for 20+ minutes! Made in-app reports about being unable to end the ride, filled in their customer support forum on their website. It is still counting! It was a 6-minute ride, but the app has counted past 1 hour and 30 minutes at this point.
