Good I loved listening to amanda.s voice it was very relaxing has well and I felt has tho it’s starting right away for me has I have got underactive thyroid and I find it very hard to lose weight with this but I'm new to this app and I'm going to be listening to part 1 for 3 weeks to keep me motivated and active the goal. i.ve tried so many diets and nothing has worked. For me if this app works I even tell my boyfriend he is great with me and tells me to take it slowly... happy so Far thanks so much....☺☺

I think one ad for one 26-minute session. Is a good deal. Relaxing time with positive thoughts about controlling my eating habits. I have made changes. I've stopped picking. Eating mostly now when im hungry and its no effort. Just started session 2 its diffent influences but very passive a great relaxation. Thsnk you to the producers of this free app.
